The Tennis Association will provide the following services for our members:
- Advocate tennis issues to the Board of Directors and General Manager.
- Coordinate with the Club Tennis Pro and General Manager monthly and weekly activities.
- Sponsor Club tennis tournaments/events.
- Fee discount for Association Members.
- Support tennis skills programs.
- Stage social activities to encourage tennis participation.
- Provide written communications regarding tennis activities to all club members.
- Maintain a tennis member contact list.
- Organize self help projects for tennis facilities.
- Organize tennis trips for Association members.
- Organize quarterly Tennis Association Dinners.
- Sponsor quarterly free one hour tennis clinics for Association members.
- Ensure new Club members are welcomed to the Tennis Center and made aware of all Club tennis activities.
At the end of the year, any excess funds in the Tennis Association account will be used in a manner determined by a majority vote of Tennis Association members present at the December annual Tennis Association meeting. Possible, but not limited, options: Fund a capital account to purchase desired improvements, or a prorated refund to all Tennis Association members.
